New Date set for Clash Gour Public Inquiry

The Clash Gour Public Inquiry has now been rescheduled and reporters are considering a start date on 1st September. It was originally due to start on 20th May but was postponed due to the Covid-19 restrictions.  As per the original arrangements, the Inquiry will be held at the same time as (conjoined with) the Rothes 3 wind farm.  All details for the arrangements for the Inquiry along with updates on procedure, date and location can be found on the Department of Planning and Environmental Appeals’ website (DPEA)  under reference win-300-4
